CA State Treasurer Fiona Ma, CPA, addressed members of the Torrance Chamber yesterday, highlighting resources available to small businesses. She spoke of multiple grants, incentives and loans available.

Held on the American Honda campus, the event also provided attendees with tools and resources to start, manage and grow a business.

Treasurer Ma, CPA, is California’s 34 State Treasurer. She was first elected in November 2018 with more votes (7,825,587) than any other candidate for treasurer in the state’s history and she was re-elected in November 2022.
