The Chamber’s Women in Business (WIB) program invites all members to an engaging and interactive conversation centered on “Consistency Over Motivation – How Successful Women Stay the Course.”
Thoughtfully curated by WIB Co-Chairs Francesca Renderos, PEL Manufacturing Inc., and Brenda Hidalgo, State Farm Insurance, this session will focus on shared experiences, practical insights, and real-world strategies that help leaders stay aligned with their goals.
The program will feature Jennifer Olvera, Manager of Community Engagement and Safety at Green Hills Memorial Park and Minal Mondkar, President of Aura Seating and former Chairwoman of the Torrance Area Chamber of Commerce. Following brief introductions, attendees will engage in a moderated Q&A and small-group breakout discussions, creating space for peer learning and deeper conversation.
