The Torrance Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to welcome five new members to its Ambassador Program for the 2026–2027 term. Yuraj Mapatuna, Primerica F.S.; Jason Mescheder, Sunflower Bank; Heather Sung, NetPay Payroll; Danny Torres, 310 Construction Inc.; Michael Wilkins, Torrance Community Credit Union.
They join returning Co-Chairs Carol Fisher of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services and Katherine Jimenez of KJ Interpreting, who will continue leading the Ambassador Program for another year.
The Chamber Ambassador Program plays an important role in creating a welcoming and connected business community. Ambassadors serve as liaisons for new members by sharing their Chamber experiences, encouraging participation in programs and events, and helping members build meaningful business relationships.
They also represent the Chamber at ribbon cuttings and other community events, helping new members become engaged and connected. “I’m honored to be a Chamber Ambassador and excited to share with others what makes the Torrance Area Chamber of Commerce so special,” said Jason Mescheder of Sunflower Bank, one of the Chamber’s newest Ambassadors. “The Chamber and its team are amazing, and I look forward to helping new members connect with one another and discover the many ways to get
involved.”
Ambassador Co-Chair Katherine Jimenez added, “It’s an honor to serve as an Ambassador, allowing me to support both the Chamber and our community while serving as a valuable resource and connector.”
