All memberships are submitted to the Torrance Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors for approval. Chamber membership renews annually and remains in effect until cancelled in writing. Dues and enrollment fees are non-refundable. Dues are subject to change annually by action of the Board of Directors. Chamber dues may be a tax-deductible ordinary and necessary business expense, except for the non-deductible portion used for state and federal lobbying.
