About the Race
The Stars & Strides 5K is held in conjunction with Torrance's legendary Armed Forces Day celebration — the nation's longest-running military parade sponsored by any city. The race features active-duty service members running in formation during the Freedom Run segment. Civilians run, walk, or jog alongside to honor those who serve.
