Arriving at CBE Office Solutions, I was greeted by Bill Ring, Branch Sales director, who in turn introduced me to those in the office. Each was extremely welcoming and a few commented on their attendance at chamber events.

Ring has been in the office solutions industry for 36 years. “I enjoy meeting new people, especially customers face to face, and listening to their goals and their challenges. Making a customer happy by finding a solution to their issue or a need is key to our success,” stated Ring.
The office solutions industry has seen dramatic change due to technology and other factors. “Technology keeps getting better all the time and the variety of products and services that CBE offers speaks to that. Additionally, more employees are working remotely and have created home offices. One of the biggest changes to the industry has been that individuals and businesses are printing less and scanning more,” explained Ring.
CBE, a Flex Technology Group Company, has twenty-six offices nationwide and five offices in southern California. “For the past ten consecutive years, CBE has experienced 10% growth each year,” commented Richard Retamosa, Director of Technology Consultants.
Ring spent additional time explaining that CBE prides itself on a ‘first call fix.’ He also provided me with information on their technicians and trainers. The roles of these individuals include the delivery and service of equipment.
I truly felt welcome during my visit to CBE. I left with a greater knowledge of office technology and the groundwork to grow the working relationship the chamber has had with CBE for a number of years.
