As I entered Brow Arc in the Del Amo Fashion Center (close to the Sears entrance), I initially noticed how clean and welcoming the business is. Brow Arc began in Santa Rosa, California in 2009. Since then, expansion has included 28 locations in California, Washington and Florida. Services provided at Brow Arc include threading henna, makeup, eyelashes and waxing. Also included are hair cuts, style and color.
“Brow Arc currently has one store in the Del Amo Fashion Center, and a second store is under construction near Nordstrom,” stated Frozan Amiri, owner. The Torrance Area Chamber of Commerce welcome Brow Arc as a member.
