Get ready for the “Women in Business” event, “The Ins and Outs of Serving your Local Community as an Elected Official,” on January 24th at 8:30 AM at the Torrance Area Chamber of Commerce. This empowering event will feature Councilmembers Sharon Kalani and Bridgett Lewis as distinguished speakers.
Councilmember Bridgett Lewis, representing District 2 in the City of Torrance, expressed the essence of the event, saying, “Anytime we can bring women together to contemplate ways to empower one another, particularly in the business field, is a day to be celebrated.” Joining her is Councilmember Sharon Kalani from District 4, City of Torrance, who will share her wealth of experience and insights.
